Meet the Team
Our team is always available to discuss and service client requirements. We welcome potential and existing clients to our offices in Gibraltar. Located in the established Europort area, we can provide Board Room and full back office facilities to give Companies and Funds a prestigious and secure base location.
In addition to the above, one of our Directors is available for meetings outside Gibraltar, such as London, Madrid, Paris and Geneva, usually within a few days' notice. This is on a no fee charge basis for initial meetings and discussions.
Steven is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors. Formerly of Coopers & Lybrand and Touche Ross, he was appointed to start up and manage the Gibraltar office of Price Waterhouse in 1989. He established the Castle Group in 1992 and is widely considered as a specialist in international tax planning for both wealthy individuals and companies. Steven also holds a Company Manager license issued by Gibraltar's Financial Services Commission in relation to the provision of Directorships to Experienced Investor Funds.
Colin Gibbs is the Managing Director of Castle Trust & Management Services Limited and a Director of Castle Fund Administrators Limited. Colin joined the Castle Trust Group in 2011.
He has been extensively involved in international financial services for over 30 years and in addition to his previous experience in Gibraltar, where he worked from 1993-2000, he has worked in senior roles in the Isle of Man, the Bahamas and Jersey.
Specific roles have included Managing Director of RBSI in the Bahamas and the leadership of several specialised teams in businesses such as Allied Irish Bank, Barclays Bank and Santander Private Bank.
Colin is an Associate of the Chartered institute of Bankers. Colin also holds a Company Manager license issued by Gibraltar's Financial Services Commission in relation to the provision of Directorships to Experienced Investor Funds.
Director – QROPS
Alan has worked in the life and pensions industry for over 27 years in both the private and public sector, starting his career with a small life office before moving on to more technical and managerial roles with companies such as Prudential, Winterthur and Friends Life. He has also worked for the Pensions Regulator in the UK during which time he managed the DC Policy Team.
Alan Reynolds is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and of the Personal Finance Society. He is also an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Alan is a Director of Castle Trust and Management Services Limited and heads up the pensions department within Castle Trust.
